Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information and use TraderMemo only for lawful purposes.

TraderMemo records and analyzes information you provide. It is not a broker, investment adviser, signal service or execution venue. Nothing in TraderMemo, including Memo AI responses, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for every trading decision.

You retain ownership of journal content you submit. You give TraderMemo permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service. You may export available data and permanently delete your account from Settings.

• Do not attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service or its limits.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware or material you lack permission to use.
• Do not present AI output or analytics as guaranteed trading results.

AI responses, prices, economic events and calculated metrics may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Review important information independently. TraderMemo may apply usage limits to protect reliability and control operating costs.

We may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features and may suspend access needed to protect TraderMemo or other users. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

When paid plans launch, displayed prices, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation controls will apply at checkout. Unless required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable. We will provide notice before converting a free feature into a paid one.

TraderMemo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trading can cause substantial losses. TraderMemo is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party outages or decisions based on app content.
